I always strive to provide the best experience for every customer!  Please see the Art page for more information on the commissioning process.

The fifty-percent deposit due at the start of a commission is non-refundable.  The deposit helps me pay for supplies and my time to craft a you new piece.

If the customer does not wish to pay the final invoice, the painting will remain the full property of Katie Sinclair Art.

If there is any damage during the shipping process, please contact me immediately and send photo evidence so that I can file a proper insurance claim.  I can recreate the piece (please note that no two pieces will be identical), you can choose a new commission of equal or lesser value, or I can issue a full refund minus shipping fees.

For all custom commissioned works, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.  All sales are final for custom commissioned works.


Template - as used in this agreement, template(s) includes any design, logo, document, worksheet, tool, design elements, excel workbook, or email form that is designed and created by Katie Sinclair and that is available on Katie Sinclair Art Shop’s website

Katie Sinclair Art Shop’s will permit Licensee to license its templates by paying for each template individually.

Please read digital product information carefully before purchase.  Katie Sinclair Art is not responsible for providing the required software that each template requires.

All text and images used in digital products are copyrighted and the property of Katie Sinclair.  The Client and/or Licensee is not permitted to use the placeholder images as their own material.

Licensee is not allowed to modify any template from Katie Sinclair Art to develop a different template.  Derivative works of Katie Sinclair Art products are not permitted.

Only one IP address is allowed per digital product purchase.  Sharing digital products is not permitted or tolerated.

No refunds will be issued for digital and printable products.  All sales are final.
